Silver Hotel Group Launches First-of-its-Kind Canadian Partnership with The Burnt Chef Project
“The Burnt Chef Burger” Campaign Spans Ontario Portfolio This May for Mental Health Month
TORONTO, ON – April 15th, 2026 – Silver Hotel Group is proud to announce a partnership with The Burnt Chef Project, marking the first time a Canadian hotel management company has launched a multi-property initiative with the globally recognized non-profit. Spanning hotels from downtown Toronto to Thunder Bay, the campaign aims to raise vital funds and awareness for mental health support within the hospitality industry throughout the month of May.
In honour of Mental Health Month, guests at participating Silver Hotel Group restaurants and bars are invited to “Fuel the industry that feeds you” by purchasing The Burnt Chef Burger. This signature cheeseburger—available in both traditional and vegan options—features The Burnt Chef Project logo branded directly onto the bun.
With a goal of raising $6,000 in the month of May, The Burnt Chef Burger retails for $21, with $5 from every burger sold donated directly to The Burnt Chef Project Canada. These funds provide essential mental health education, 24/7 support services, and other resources to hospitality professionals.
