💫 Meet Ratnesh Verma, Hotel Victoria
With over five years of hospitality experience across India, Malaysia, and Canada, Ratnesh Verma brings a global perspective and genuine passion for guest service to his role as Front Desk Associate at Hotel Victoria Toronto.
What Ratnesh enjoys most about hospitality is the opportunity to create meaningful guest experiences and turn small moments into lasting memories. He takes pride in anticipating guests’ needs and making every visitor feel at home from the moment they arrive.
One of Ratnesh’s favourite travel destinations has been Langkawi, Malaysia, where he enjoyed the beautiful beaches and peaceful atmosphere. Looking ahead, he hopes to visit Greece to experience its rich history, stunning islands, and breathtaking coastal views.
💫 Meet Vidhi Chetan Mehta, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mississauga Toronto Southwest
As the Sales & Operations Coordinator at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mississauga Toronto Southwest, Vidhi Chetan Mehta has spent the past two years helping create welcoming and memorable guest experiences.
Vidhi loves that every guest arrives with a different purpose, whether travelling for business, celebrating a special occasion, or simply enjoying a relaxing getaway. She enjoys adapting to each guest’s unique needs and takes pride in ensuring they feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for throughout their stay.
One of Vidhi’s favourite travel destinations has been Mauritius, where she fell in love with its beautiful beaches and vibrant scenery. In the future, she hopes to visit Tofo, Mozambique, to explore more of the stunning coastline in her home country.
