The Greater Toronto Hotel Association (GTHA) is proud to announce the 9th Annual Spirit Awards to be held on DATE TBC at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.  

The 2019 Spirit Awards welcomed over 650 members, sponsors and guests to honour exceptional ambassadors in the hotel industry of the Greater Toronto Area. These front of the line ambassadors create a lasting impression on our guests by going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the hotel guest experience.  The 2019 event celebrated the service, professionalism and innovation of 280 nominees representing over 3,000 years of service in the hotel industry, with 18 award winners.
