February 19, 2021: GTHA 2021 Pre-Budget Submission to the Ontario Ministry of Finance

In preparation for the Provincial Budget for 2021/ 2022 and on behalf of the GTHA members, your industry Association has submitted a Pre-Budget Submission to the Ontario Ministry of Finance.
 
The attached letter, for your review and information,  offers input for government’s consideration while building the 2021/ 2022 Provincial Budget that is expected to be announced in March 2021.

April 3, 2020: Action Required: Hotel-Hospital Government Ontario announcement

Dear Greater Toronto Area Hotels:

As you may know, over the past few weeks, hotels have been asked to consider providing support to the Provincial Government as the impact of the pandemic is managed within Ontario.  In the event that certain hotels are mobilized to provide assistance, the Government has now paved the way by providing authority for this to occur. Click here for more information.
