INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESERVING A SPIRIT AWARDS CEREMONY TABLE
The Spirit Awards ceremony is scheduled for Friday May 10, 2019, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
A purchased ticket is required for each nominee or guest who attends the ceremony. The ticket prices are as follows:
Regular Ticket: $120 +HST = $135.60 each
Table(s) of 10 people @ $1,155 +HST = $1,305.15 each
2018 winner ticket(s) @ $95 +HST = $107.35 each
Reserve your table(s) of 10 for the Spirit Awards ceremony by completing the following PDF fillable form:
Completed table reservation form(s), including the attendee names and meal selections (beef or vegetarian), must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday April 5, 2019.
