H.E.A.T is a federally chartered organization, directly involved in maintenance, engineering, and facility management of Hotels and other Hospitality related buildings. We have supporting members who provide supplies and services to the hospitality industry, such as fire protection/prevention, energy management, HVAC, electrical supplies and services, decorating supplies and services, construction services, elevating devices, furnishings, etc. The association facilitates 6 general meetings each year with topics that are relevant to the hospitality industry as well as two educational seminars for the development of Engineering/ maintenance line staff.
